Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be in the original packagingYou must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on cosmetics or skincare products unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at ElesaProduct@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
2. We will review and send return instructions.
3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
Notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order separately.
Order Issues or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Used or opened cosmetics/skincare
Gift cards or promotional items
Items marked Final Sale
